This exciting and relatively new via ferrata is situated just outside of the village of Saleres in the Lecrin Valley, 20 minutes drive from the main Granada-Motril motorway. It is based in the Barranco de Luna, which in itself is a fascinating place to visit.

Summary - Consists of an abseil, 2 tyrolean traverses and a himalayan cable bridge. In addition there are some short sections of via ferrata cabling and iron rungs!

Further Information

It is full of adrenaline busting adventures! One of the highlights is the tyrolean traverse into the depths of a huge cave, another is the tightrope walk across the gorge. Not for the faint hearted but great adventure nevertheless.

Time - 1.5 hours
Fitness required - high

N.B due to technical and safety reasons two guides will be necessary on this route
