About our Winter Sierra Nevada Snowshoeing Tours For winter we have some new locations, far away from anybody else including some new forests accessible only by 4WD vehicles.

After fresh snows the Snowshoeing in the Alpujarras region of Andalucia is a superb experience With the first major snows of the year falling over Christmas it gave Ian Tupman chance to get his snowshoes out of the cupboard and enjoy the delights of a section of the GR240 Sulayr long distance path above Capileira.

In May we entertained best selling UK outdoor magazine, Trail. They had never visited the Sierra Nevada. Guess what? They loved it What could we show them in just 2.5 days in the Sierra Nevada though? We didn’t want to show them the usual busy slopes of Mulhacén or Veleta. Wild and remote, with plenty of variety seemed to fit the bill. We decided and completed the following itinerary.
