The Accommodation

The property extends over 3 floors and offers ample communal and private space for 2 or more families to live comfortably without feeling crowded.

FOUR DOUBLE BEDROOMS,1 NURSERY/CHILDS ROOM, 2 FULL SIZE BATHROOMS, TERRACES, OPEN PLAN KITCHEN /DINER AND LIVING AREA, STUDY SPACE, + LARGE ENTRANCE LOBBY / RECEPTION WITH LOG BURNER.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave oven, toaster/grill, gas hob, kettle, sink.

Water heating is via electric immersion heater, the house is heated by a cast iron log burner, calor gas heaters and electric heated towel rails in bathrooms.

A charge of €45 is made for gas and electricity per couple per week or part thereof. Logs are available locally from the petrol station at the end of the village.

The Town of Lanjaron

Lanjaron is well situated for the coast (40 mins), the Sierra Nevada ski centre (1hr), the white villages of the Alpujarras (45 mins) or Granada (40 mins). A varied and interesting holiday can be had here. The Sierra Nevada rise from the towns northern slopes to reach the first 3000m peak of the Sierra Nevada, the Cerro de Caballo. Great as a walking, trekking, snowshoeing, ski touring or mountaineering destination. The long distance GR7 path passes through the town.
