Holdz Climbing Hold Review
21 Aug 2008 at 1:00am
Holdz sent me four sets of crimps, pinches and jugs to test. And test I did. I opened the boxes with a slight smile - imagining my biceps growing to the size of melons as I trained to glory on these new fluorescent holds. How did I get on? Am I now rivalling Adam Ondra? Not quite, but I did find well designed, beautifully carved and super strong holds in a good variety of shapes.

Once in place you cannot feel it at all. The Shewee is a moulded plastic funnel that provides women with a simple, private and hygienic method of urinating without removing clothes whilst standing AND sitting.

Primus EtaExpress™ Lightweight Compact Stove
10 Aug 2008 at 1:00am
The PRIMUS EtaExpress™ Lightweight Compact Stove" "I am going to come right out and say that this is a great compact lightweight auto ignition stove and pot system that is solidly built. It does the job well and it does it fast. It should be ideal for lightweight backpacking/camping, alpine bivis, leaving in the car/van for quick brews or as a backup/second stove when car camping. The heat exchanger and windshield mean that the stove is efficient and you need less fuel to cook your meal, important if on an extended trip in the mountains. It's small and light - 470g. Similar stoves: the MSR Reactor and Jetboil stoves." writes Chris Dainton.
