This is a chance to enjoy the many facets that this unique area has to offer in a relaxing and totally flexible way. It is aimed at the more discerning traveller who wishes to be pampered and looked after, but not lose touch with the sights, sounds and smells of Andalucia.

"What's so different from other holidays?"
Imagine starting your holiday when you want?..............e.g no Saturday start date! Choose your flights and your intended dates to suit your budget or personal preferences. Total flexibility on travel dates and times!

No pre-booking of tours or activities means that you can wake up in a morning, see how you feel, decide what you wish to do and enjoy your day accordingly. Choose from a wide ranging list of activities or simply relax by the pool. Total flexibility on how, what and when you wish to experience!

"What activities and tours are on offer each day?"
Year round:
Horseriding - on the deserted hill tracks surrounding your villa.
Walking - in the beautiful Alpujarra hills and valleys.
Trekking - mountain walking in the high Sierras.
Tour - to Granada and the Alhambra Palace with time for shopping and lunch.
Tour - the deserts of Almeria visiting Mini Hollywood and the spaghetti western filmsets.
Tour - Salobrena, Almunecar and the coast. Take lunch at small beachside restaurants.
Tour - the "White Villages" of the Alpujarras. Optional winte tasting at local bodega.
Visit - the Lanjaron spa baths. Wide range of activites from swimming to therapies.
Visit - local markets in Orgiva and Almunecar.
Relax by the pool and do nothing!

 Seasonally dependant (Dec to Apr):
Skiing - downhill skiing at the Sierra Nevada ski centre.
Snowshoeing - in the forests above Capileira and Lanjaron.
Husky dog sledding (yes, believe it or not this is available for 5 months of the year!).
Mountaineering courses - from beginner to the more experienced.

"Where do we stay?"
You stay in private cortijos and villas just outside the spa town of Lanjaron. All are comfortable and built in traditional Andalucian style and have swimming pool. Of course, great views over the hills are guaranteed and the sunsets are legendary!

"What about food and drink?"
Lanjaron has many small bars and restaurants offering a wide range of food and styles. We can advise guests on the options available and pre-book special meals (i.e paella) on your behalf should you wish. Food and drink prices are generally about half that of the UK
