The weekend of 18th and 19th will bring high winds and significant snowfalls above 2000m. This will be followed by a changeable week. Above 2700m there is plenty of snow and ice cover. Transparent ice on windblown W and NW slopes. Much care required. Perfect neve on E and SE slopes.

We were up Cerrillo Redondo yesterday in fantastic snow conditions for cramponing but with a bitterly cold wind blowing. Photos below
