Timetable of buses for access to Mulhacen via Capileira - Alto del Chorrillo

I am not a lover of this bus and it's intrusive access into the National Park during the summer months but for complete disclosure of information I include below.

Meeting point: Centro de interpretación de altas cumbres en Capileira
Capileira to Alto del Chorrillo: 8,30 - 11 - 15 - 17,30
Alto del Chorrilo to Capileira: 9,45 - 12,15 - 16,15 - 18,45

Prices:
There and back 10 euros
One way only 6 euros.

Yes as much as we dont like the bus service bringing all sorts of domingeros up into the Sierra Nevada, it could be a good thing to use to allow you to get further into the mountains for multi day trips

Will it still be running in september when we do the traverse...If so we could get round to the green valley on day one !!!

I believe it runs as long as the road is open! So assuming there is no snow in September I guess it will be running

Would love to make green valley for first night...unlimited fresh water and loads of shelter and NO people...may be a few cows though
