Snow down to 1400m brings difficult access to the mountains
Our group found snow above Bubion in the Alpujarras this morning and made access to the Refugio de Poqueira very difficult. High winds and snow hampering progress. Might have to return to Capileira and try again tomorrow.

Note that now the route back down the gorge is largely free of snow, the paths have been repaired and the gorge route is now the best and most sheltered way to access the Poquiera hut.
