Silver Studded Blue Butterfly
These beautiful Silver Studded Blue (Plebejus argus) butterflies were seen on the slopes of Mulhacen at 2600m. They were all resting up for the night and were not bothered by our presence. They can be seen throughout the months of June, July and August and will even go as high as 3500m!!

If anyone thinks they are not Silver Studded Blues then please say so. We decided on this type due to the height they were at.
