These photos tell the tale. Taken from the peak of Trevenque in the Cumbres Verdes to the west. Show the activity in the past 24 hours after the heavy snows of the past week. Very wet, heavy and humid snow.

Advice.... stick to ridges! In particular don't be tempted to go to the Elorietta hut from Pradollano or go anywhere near Paso de los Machos!
