AEMET has released today its autumn weather predictions

As usually done at the start of each season, AEMET has released today its weather predictions for the autumn that starts September 23.

Normal rainfall and warmer than usual broadly define the autumn to come in Spain.

Furthermore, it has published today the climate report June-August 2011.
It highlights that the summer has been "generally warm," with average temperatures in Spain as a whole of 23.2 º C (0.9 º C above its normal average).

Precipitation was significantly lower than the normal value together (1971-2000) average rainfall reaching about 55 mm, which puts it about 35% below the average value for the quarter.
