Has anyone used any of the
Bestard boots
I noticed on a Spanish mountaineering forum that some people recommend them.

Never heard of them but they look ok. The "Top Alpine Pro" looks to have similar features to la Sportiva Nepals. At €279 a bit cheaper than the Sportiva equivalent. But what quality?
